student: we shall always act in the best interests of our
students with truthfulness, accuracy and
appropriateness.
We will always be polite and friendly and present a
good manner. We will be consistent and not exaggerate.
We will never knowingly submit fake documents and
will always check and verify the documents.
We will promote ourselves in an ethical and
professional manner and ensure that our business
activities reflect best practice.
We will listen to our students, endeavour to
understand and take feedback constructively and give
a good after-sales service by helping as much as is
reasonable.
We will always conduct ourselves with integrity and in
a manner that reflects positively on UKEC as a reliable
and trustworthy service provider.
